Let's wish these two keen young boys every success in their boxing careers and that in due course they become the bravest and hardest of teenage fighters.
I watch alots of boxing trainers. Lots of them say don't do this or that, their are alots of good info out there, but I have an awkward type stances simular to this guy, i am glad I ran into someone older experienced who already discovered what I know years ago, it kind of validates that changing things up and adding extra pays off. This guy is very knowledgeable and experienced just by looking at his movements and explanations. I don't know to much about this guy but every vid I've seen so far, has been broken down into detail. Boxing is a work of art and adding extra to your Kraft will just make you better, and learning to change things up will make it harder for your opponent to read you if you add things they don't train for
Teach some Roy Jones fighting styles... Why do you say it*s difficult to transfer weight with low hands, a lot of boxers and fighters have this style of low hands...
Push up from back leg, the hip rotation, shoulder rotation, twist the had at impact arm and punch 'through' the target. Easier said than done, but practice makes champs and champs practice all the time
Besides all the rotations of different body parts, Transfer your weight to your left leg if you are punching with your left arm and right leg if punching with right arm. This is a subtle weight Transfer.

Very good. One of the finest boxing instructor worldwide!
The boys are learning from a master. Let's hope that they pay attention and use skills in future fights as they prove what they're made of.
Oh, you think you are Roy Jones, today? Legendary 😂.
Love how patient he seems to be with the boys.
I love that small boy who continually turns around though nobody chase him.
He just runs from circle moving bag)

🥊 Merci pour l'instruction 👍
this one is really good!
Coach is creating the next Oleksandr Usyk.
Reminds me of lomachenko
Isn’t it known as very dangerous to slip from side to side with the threat of your opponent timing that right hand?
This slip and counter techniques is slightly similar to the Boxing style of Lomachenko.
What's the name of the profesor?
His name is Alexey Frolov.
