This keyboard is better than many of the lower end LK series models that used the A2 basic sound set. I remember this model being shown on Ideal World in 2005 just over a year after I bought my Yamaha PSR-295. I think the LK-90 was the first model to use the HL sound source.
I like how the Fairlight ARR1 sound is used even more in HL sound source. Previously on A2, the ARR1 sample only appears as Brightness and HaloPad. In HL, It appears as Synth Voice, Voice Lead, Space Voice, and Brightness
