Tony mate, first of all thank you for taking us inside Kitamura factory. They are great and they can prove it. Also, a side note if I may: when talking to people they do not know, older Japanese prefer a certain mannerism. Large hand movements are not necessarily up on their list. Neither is familiarism/friendliness in a Western manner. Fewer words, lack of adjectives and focus on technical content only would be preferred. They tend to care more about the essence of things and less about the package. Counter intuitive in the business world, isn't it ? I hope I didn't offend anyone. Cheers !
