I read in Craig Ferguson's auto biography how cool Peter was back in The Dream Boys days and how kind he was to Craig when he was down on his luck long after they were no longer band mates. I love Peter as the Dr.
Peter is such an amazing person. I'm so glad he's our Doctor. He's so well spoken too; you can just sense so much compassion and grattitude when he talks.
I love Peter so much. I was definitely excited, and even a bit impatient to watch the 11th Doctor regenerate so I could finally see Peter, but I never thought I'd love 12 as much as I do. He has surpassed Chris' performance in Series 1 making him the definitive Doctor of the revival series until the end of time (in my heart at least). That said, I also agree Larry did an abysmal job interviewing him. It was more of an interrogation, and his obvious lack of research is beyond atrocious.
Is it just me or is it every time that Peter Capaldi gets interviewed they always end up talking about his old band The Dream Boys? I also have listened to some of their songs, and they’re not bad!
Peter lead this interview so well, this Larry guy basically sits there like a dead thing in the corner asking questions written for him that he doesn't even care about, well done Peter!
This is SUCH A HARD interview to sit through, King is grumpy, senile, and outta touch now...don't get me wrong, I used to love him, but this interview proves he should back out. Peter Capaldi is so uncomfortable and on his heels and he shouldn't be, he's there for doctor who, not as a member of parliament.
It's so touching how he loves his wife so sweetly and sincerely.
Larry King doesn't actually listen does he? If Peter Capaldi had said "I murdered JFK" then Larry King would just ask the next question off his script
You know you’re doing something wrong when your interviewee leads the entire conversation
Wow, Capaldi neutralized those political questions with a Malcom Tucker level of skill
I think it was sweet of Peter not to answer the question about the curse words. He shows a sensitivity that's severely lacking in today's media.
He is so adorable when he talks about his family!

"Are you Scottish?"
"Biggest fear?"
"Are you Scottish?" - Scots around the World laugh. The accent kind of gives it away 😂

If anybody's wondering, the band's first name was 'The Bastards from Hell'. Cannot put into words my love for Peter and Craig!

'Are you Scottish?' Arf! King looked confused for the most part but Peter handled it like a gent
Peter is so charming...I could watch him all day. <3 <3 <3

This feels like a child explaining a show or cartoon that they're super enthusiastic about to his dad or uncle and that dad/uncle doesn't care
