Seriously love the progression on your channel. From Yard Sales buying VCRs and random antiques while still always looking for toys and stuff to buying pre production artwork. Just wicked awesome
Absolutely amazing!!! Make sure you preserve them correctly. I’d want to collect the dolls that were the result of the pictures and display them together. But what a wonderful purchase!
Those prints are amazing. These are the new wow pieces for the display. Wait a minute. Your whole showroom is wow amazing. Keep hunting and sharing. Cause I’m always watching
It's so, so awesome that someone knew to preserve that concept art - so much of that stuff ends up in the trash. It's gonna look amazing in your toy cave!
That is SO awesome! I'm so glad there are people preserving this stuff! There's so much that just goes in the dumpster, and that's depressing. Far too few people care about history like this.
Those original concept are pieces hold a very high value as they’re basically priceless and would most definitely fetch a ridiculous amount in an auction!!!!! They’re so amazingly awesome and we are so grateful that you’re able to have them and share them with us and the rest of the world!!!!!!! I’m super excited and jealous at the same time lol
As an artist and retired art professor, I can appreciate the value of the drawings. They remind me of Rat Fink and friends, particularly Freddy Flame-out, which I copied as a youngster and sent to Captain Satellite and he showed it on air during one episode. Nice score, my friend 👍
Froggy those are absolutely stunning pieces. I'm so glad that someone like you with an intense love for Madballs and My Pet Monster managed to get them. Just amazing pieces of art *by themselves* without knowing any of the background. Just stunning stuff. Congrats!
Those drawings are stunning. Ive spoke to you before to say I collect, but completly different, soccer memorablia of my fave team. This is the sort of stuff I love, one off, rare beauties. I recently picked up a match-worn, club blazer from the 1972 Scottish Cup Final, and i know which player had it on. It's these types of finds, and those drawings that make it worthwhile, no matter what you collect. especially signed and dated stuff. Love it. keep it up Froggy.
I work at american greetings in Tennessee and had no idea we made these back in the day such a cool thing to find out today thank you so much for the toy history lesson today
I honestly can say the love you have for toys truly shows , I’m mind boggled right now at that concept drawing and what the initial vision was for these toys .I have a my pet monster sitting on my couch at home so that is so cool .
Man you are reigniting my love of my old toys! Getting ready to clean up my parent’s house this spring and can’t wait to find all my stuff. Should have Turtles, Thundercats, GI Joes, He-man, Micro-machines and a bunch of odds and ends.
Really cool find. I was never into these, but I couldn’t help but smile seeing the original artwork and I definitely felt the nostalgia. Also, I wish I still had my old Shogun stuff, though I did keep Godzilla. Congratulations!
I’m not a toy guy at all but I really enjoy your channel. Those drawings are amazing. The style, detail and of course coloring are absolutely fantastic. I would hang those in my man cave for sure.
😮😮😮 super jealous! My football pet monster was one of my favorite memories as a kid. Me and my brother wrestled them constantly. I’ve always been a fan of that aesthetic. Congrats sir
Was late watching but was definitely worth waiting for. Your channel is my favourite on UA-cam, even though I don't know many of the toys that you show as I would have been playing with sindy dolls in the 60s in the UK, I still enjoy watching and listening to you. Thanks Anthony
This is by far the best channel out there. I look forward to each video drop and the content is so consistent even for a hard hobby like this to always have things to post. Props to you sir
Omg.... those preproduction drawings are amazing. I found (on UA-cam) the FHE video of the pilot episode of what I think they were hoping was going to be a show. I haven seen it since I was eight or so. I still love it! Thanks for sharing these Anthony!
