HellWM Are you kidding me? This game had a bunch of missing characters.. Chiaotzu, Guldo, Jeice, Burter, qui, Zarbon, Dodoria, Nail, Android 19.. Can't believe this game was missing most of the iconic namek characters.
I want to tell people who had PS2 in that generation , that I envied you all. You guys were really fortunate to have that console. The PS2 Era is legendary and the games made in that Era, are the most innovative and fun to play till this date.

I love the replies in this "ur dumb no ur stupid" Budokai 3 was hands down the best dragon ball engine, sure you can improve graphics and roster much like the newer games. You have to remember there's MORE to the newer games regardless of roster/graphics, and it's actually made the game worse and not better. Returning to the more simple style of fighting would actually be such a good game & potential esports tbh.
I never got to play the games because I was born 6 years after Budokai 1 and only watched videos of these games. Now I'm trying to find them all. Budokai 1 is what I have so far.
Use to play this with my brother he was always like " ay let me do a move on you, let's do a beam struggle, get my health down so I can go majin vegeta and I always let him do vegeta's final explosion move on me.
sad that this one doesn't have the classic saga and the GT and others characters and solo movies like: Mecha Frieza,Metal Cooler,Janemba,Bojack,Android 13,14 and 15,Turles,Lord Slug,Garlic jr,Tapion,Broly normal Form and SJJ,Pikkohan,Nail,Mirai Gohan Future,Cui,Dodoria,Zarbon,android 19 and finally the form of Evil Boo,Ultra boo and Super Boo Picolo and the soldiers of Majin boo I miss this game marked a childhood and a generation who there too?
