Thank you for your support. In case of IMAP you only access your mail like mirror copy, means your outlook reflect the data directly from your email server, so their is no way to increase the limit. You can upgrade your gsuite plan.
I archieved my desktop Outlook, however my Android Outlook which has multiple accounts such as hotmail, gmail and Outlook itself on phone is using up 1 GB memory, all I need is emails of 2021 on phone and all emails on desktop, goal is to reduce memory on phone, but it is OK for desktop, is there a solution for this, should I uninstall Outlook and reinstall, I don't think that would be a good idea.. Thanks for helping
Hello Digital Guru, This is amazing and I have an IMAP contact synchronizing issue with outlook 2013. some of the contacts didn't synchronize in outlook. contacts showing on Gmail but not showing in outlook. what to do?
Scan with some good antivirus, go to folder view from my computer and then show all hidden folders including system files and then check your pst directory. Hope this will help you to find your missing pst
