Love the videos on this Devon. You should look into getting a mid range telescope and guiding system. Your location is just far enough away from a lot of the city light pollution that it makes stargazing and looking through a scope really fun.

Do you have to get them to then to sign a waiver before giving them the axe or is that already covered by the default Airbnb agreement?
How do you handle keeping the hammock clean? Do you have someone clean it periodically? They are dirt/moss magnets otherwise.
