Another common error, I had the same issue at bind with the spinning hourglass, but it helps when you put the bind plug in the EXT socket - doh - can't believe I did that :-)) Happy New Year !

what do i do if my servos aren't moving, and my receiver (ex r11 epc) does not show up in device explorer?

check in jeti box emulator to see if receiver is in clone mode and bring it out. maby will help you
