The Bucks are like those kids in grade school who see a kid with a new toy, ask to play with it, don’t give it back and end up breaking it. The Bucks treat this like it’s their promotion despite not putting a dime into it.

I keep thinking how Pockets has been doing the same thing for 5 years. Taker went from purple to lord of darkness to ministry to american bad ass within 5 years.
Pockets is a one trick pony and the trick is old
He pretty much stayed the same though from 2004 until he finished aside from the very very end, and a few tweaks now and again in appearance by which time he was one match a year anyways. But your initial point is spot on. As I've gotten older it's wild how time passing seems to be different in those kind of perceptions. Hell, Kane went from not been able to talk and been undamageable to bald and glass eye jobbing to Matt Hardy in five too.
It takes talent to do this many different things and make it work.
Orange Cassidy doesn't have any and he is protected by Tony Khan, because they make love with mediocrity on regular bases.

Tony is just as much to blame, if not more. They all can't just admit they aren't draws, or don't know how to book or write. Until they do, and step back/away, AEW will never get better. The Young Bucks should just retire from in-ring altogether.
Stupid people can't be saved, they just pull you down with them. It has never been more obvious, or more commendable, as to why Jim said no.

This is his company, and he is the CEO. He can do anything to it and we can't do anything to stop it. So he decided to keep his "friends" happy.
The fact that TNA has the same exact deal that Aew had with DAZN and it’s still airing internationally goes to show the sad state of affairs of Aew

Here in Germany, AEW pretty much lost all their streaming deals because noone watches this shit. The one thing I have never understood is why the f would anyone watch a wrestling program that he does not enjoy. The best way to get this mess that is AEW to a quick end is stop watching it.

I live in Berlin and have only ever watched two episodes of AEW when I was visiting family in the states. I actually prefer the Corny recaps anyway, so I would never subscribe to anything.

I don't know what was the better highlight of the night, Orange Cassidy selling the piledriver on the steps for 20 seconds or Brodie King selling a spear through a table and another spear for a whopping 10-20 seconds. What a clown show

They were booked as jobbers and as Tara’s lackey which is exactly what they should be

She's certainly booked better. Their actually doing something with LA Rae on Raw. Okody just stands there.

The Elite aren't the only ones to do the 'Ironclad contract' gimmick. But everyone else that did it only went on to feud with the boss, not actually run the show and be the boss, lol.

Here's an even _scarier_ thought:
All the (deserved) complaints about the one trick pony Orange Cassidy and Moxley bleeding all over the place... imagine how much WORSE this would have been with Joey Ryan as the one note joke and Jimmy Havok as the bleed machine if they weren't outed as garbage people and quietly shown the door.
Both of whom were hired because a pair of PervWG Vince McManlets convinced Cokie to hire more of their friends.

The new intro comes off as petty and arbitrarily aggressive for no reason. I was watching an episode for the first time in a long time and I saw that intro and I kind of rolled my eyes and thought "Oh boy, can't wait to see what Tony's up to," and of course they open with Orange.
The dudes laughing and saying they're working everyone are delusional. The Buckaroos are pure garbage.

How are they going to bring Tony back to TV? He can't fight so he can't get revenge. If he gets the babyfaces to fight for him, he will look like a b*tch. There is just no good way out of this terrible storyline.

There aren't any stakes for this Anarchy in the Arena match either. If Team AEW beats the Bucks team what does it mean? They're still in charge. It's not like Team WWF vs. Team Alliance at Survivor Series 2001 where Vince celebrated WWF winning at the end.

It’s actually a good idea to change the open if the bucks were actually in control in storyline. It doesn’t work when they are talking on the show about Tony making matches, Tony talking on high profile interviews and the announcers saying he is working remotely. Tony should be completely out of commission

I keep saying they need to drop AEW and start reviewing NXT. Trick Williams and Oba Femi deserve to have more eyes on them and are doing way better stuff than anything on AEW.
