Hello! Courtney here form Baltimore, MD. I am new in the business and styling is definitely my passion. How would I go about reaching out to already established stylists to intern with them?
I tried reaching out to some in the area, but haven't heard anything back yet. I am definitely willing to relocate since I am finished with school and now I am really at that, "Now what?" stage. Thank you in advance for all of your help!
I need a portfolio
I have been looking for the correct format to ask a question, so hopefully I found the right way. I am interning for a couple of stylist and assisted for some as well. I only got to be a key stylist on one job. I never want to step on another stylist toes or take credit for anything. Is it only ok to add styled looks to your portfolio when you are the key stylist?

How do you find an established stylist?
For the portfolio, is Pinterest a good way to keep my content? I pin things which have been already uploaded, but I also upload my own content. It's good as I can have different categories and so on, but I don't know if this is an appropriate format?
Actually not, also because the client has to have an Pinterest account for looking at your board, more important is instagram. But you need a good website to showcase your portfolio. www.madlions.net
