MONARCH S2 should be completely set on skull island showing the events related to Kong and what happened on skull island before GvK
You want a good monsterverse show? How about an alien invasion, with Gigan, Megalon, or other kaiju as the final desperate strike against an infiltration plot that's been uncovered.
If I could do season 2 I would make the show strictly based off of everything leading up to the titan war, how ghidorah actually was defeated and how Godzilla and the Kongs fought back then
Also asking for a Show centered around Serizawa and bringing back characters from Godzilla 2014 and KOTM.
Also they need to include Alan Jonah, + a show about the titan war, and establishing some solid lore on the Monsterverse backstory.
Can't get enough Mosterverse, hope it never takes itself to seriously. We have Toho to give us that which is awesome.
I'm kinda hoping they show the Gojiras dying out and how Godzilla ended up being the last
we should see a godzilla BC show or a movie that will most likely be animated on how the godzilla species fell, godzilla and dagon teaming up being some of the last ones alive, and how skar got into power taking place 40,000-100,000 years ago. i would like to think skar and the mutos team up and godzilla and dagon try and locate shimo to help them destroy skar and the mutos. it ends on a tie though as the mutos chase one of the godzillas, the other traps skar and the other monkeys in the hollow earth sadly shimo was fighting skar at that time as well and the godzillas go to the surface.
What needs to happen is simple: Drop Kong. He's failed to achieve anything, leave him with his participation trophy "king" status he needed Godzilla to claim for him. Monsterverse has done nothing but mishandle Kong. Constantly trying to paint him as a badass on equal footing and yet failing to actually deliver on that. He needed his axe as a crutch to not be dead immediately in the fight of GvK, but that also needs Godzilla to boost it to be worth a damn. Now he's got Shimo and the BEAST Glove, given to him by humans to be another crutch after getting his ass wrecked, and Godzilla did most of the heavy lifting.
Kong really needed to embrace being an underdog, rather than try and be presented as a rival. He needed to feel less like an idiot picking fights way above his weight class and more like someone simply trying to defend what little bits of "home" he had, even knowing full well he could die trying. I wanted Kong to be aware he was weak, even if he was immune to the Alpha Call, so that he could have more of an interesting growth in what victories he could earn. Make him more captivating, make him more compelling to root for, play a better and more interesting dynamic than just "They're totally rivals in strength! Just ignore Kong getting beat into cardiac arrest, plz...?"

Godzilla BC series need to happen either animated/live-action. This is the most important thing that should need to happen in MonsterVerse.
I would love to see the war of Kongs vs Gojis, the ancient connection of godzilla and mothra, and how ghidorah came to earth. Maybe a story of how skar king got possession of shimo too.
Godzilla BC absolutely needs to happen. The Skar King and Ghidorah could be the villains.

@@isaacr.7047 maybe being hard to beat for pre evolved goji (I can hardly believe the form he has in 2014 - 2027 pre evolved isn't another evolution) and a second generation Ghidorah comes and it is more powerful and gives trouble for goji and zone fighter (it is ancient times they can do it with a hint of ultraman in the monsterverse) and garugas being invaders attacking ancient earth and being defeated and then when second generation being decapitated the OG Ghidorah we know takes the body and use it to evolve more powerful and use hollow earth crystals and becoming the Ghidorah we know and then maybe Shimo awakens because of the huge threat and then Ghidorah being sealed zone fighter his brother and sister going back to space and then the Kong Godzilla wars happening it would be awesome

I've read the new Novelization of Godzilla x Kong New Empire.
The novel shows how powerful Shimo actually is, her Frost Bite Blast not only freezes you but also stops your molecules. Shimos ice powers are basically the Absolute Zero Canon that Kiryu (mechagodzilla 3) has.
And in the book Shimo did freeze Ghidorah in the Ice.

It’s said that Shimos beam slowed ATOMS to quote “stop in there tracks” so she practically has the most powerful beam in the MV
Here's my idea for a spinoff: Ren Serizawa hasn't physically died and Ghidorah's mind now controls the body. "Ren" eventually learns about the Iwei and their connection with Mothra. Ren tries to plot some way to defeat Godzilla by eliminating his allies first. To fight the Kaiju, Ren creates a all robotic version of Mecha King Ghidorah that he pilots, with the central head housing the skull that is still intact. With this MKG emits an short range Alpha Call, which awakens Rodan from Dormancy. Ren actually sees Rodan as a liability and a potential threat. Defiantly, Rodan opposes, but is defeated. Mothra, who sensed Ghidorah's presence comes and makes a truce with Rodan as they both fight MKG. The result is Ren supposedly dying when MKG is destroyed, and Rodan actually has a solid respect for Mothra, where there's an legit agreement that Rodan won't interfere with humans despite being classed as a Destroyer by Monarch. Sets up Rodan being a Godzilla Ally, and gives some good human elements. Plus Ghidorah in Ren's body can lead to some good comedy.

I think itd be funny to see Ren talking to himself and even turn to look at someone who isnt there, like as a hint as to how conversations go in Ghidorah's telepathic link. Extra comedy points if theres hints that Ghidorah isnt used to having a fourth person to speak to in the telepathic link, like have Ren go "Yes, Im still here..." or "Please stop talking about me like Im not here"
Does anyone remember lost tapes? That show thats basically a found footage mockumentary about cryptids? What if we have that but for Kaiju? Like imagine someone filming themselves stupidly approaching Rodan (maybe for clout) and suffer the consequences or maybe we get to see Ren's video journals about his experience piloting MechaGodzilla

I dont want this series to turn into the MCU pouring out a lot of sub par spin offs and side shows all at once. I for one, am fine with waiting for a movie every 3-4 years, reading the comics/ novelizations, and 1 tv show.
They should look at the MCU as an example of what not to do.

Mothra should get her own show or spin off movie, Rodan and Mothra should also get their own comics. They should expand on Godzilla BC and the ancient titan war involving the great apes, gojira species, mutos, skullcrawlers shimo and skar king. Godzilla should also get another solo movie to finish his trilogy, King Kong needs another 2 movies to complete his trilogy and another team up movie possibly after GvK, GxK to complete the team up trilogy. We also should get a natural geography styled titans tv show showcasing different titans,their abilities and behaviour history etc.
I would love to see more Toho monsters in the future which one you think they introduced to the monsterverse
It would be neat if we got something like a monsterverse gamera movie, which can also allow Godzilla and Gamera to share the screen for the first time in the future.

If they do a Rodan movie, it would be cool if they introduce another female of his species and the film is the humans trying to stop the two Rodans from mating. The female Rodan is killed by humans halfway through and the juvenile ultimately ends up being eaten by Megaguirus, leading to Rodan killing Megaguirus and completely annihilating a human city.

That is good for a Movie or a Live-Action TV Series showing the Ancient Titan War and little human characters.
The family drama seems mostly resolved after season 1 so hopefully that takes a backseat while they focus more on the organization of Monarch in season 2. They should also cut the number of episodes to 8 to tighten the story and have a little more budget for the monsters. Since the second season looks more focused on Kong, it will be cool to see Ilene Andrews and possibly Jia show up. For the spinoffs, I'd really like to see a found footage type of show like Lost Tapes or Cloverfield where regular people interact with the monsters.
I still hope LOM stays firm in focusing on the human drama and the effects that big events in the MonsterVerse have had on the everyday people

For season 2 I hope it takes place in 2019 during Ghidorah's rampage in Skull Island so we see how some people survived the chaos the Skullcrawlers and others creatures cause and see Kong stopping the Skullcrawlers from leaving the islands because it's confirmed that they have gills and no there be no Camazot because in 2019 he was in San Diego and attack Skull Island in 2021

I want a somewhat more serious Godzilla focused movie. Something more bold and grounded. Like a pure organic Gigan/Gigan Rex. The Super X3 coming back.
i would like Godzilla solo movie with the tone similar to GMK and 2014 mixed together but with the scale of fight the same as KotM Legendary

@@SpinoSamnah alot of people have agreed the human scenes were the worst of the Monsterverse series & that is true. I would have sat 3-4 hours through a Godzilla x Kong movie that had few human scenes because no one cares about them we care about the monsters and the lore of the monsters. What they need to bring back is the horror feeling that GZ 2014 had when they first saw Godzilla.
Bringing the seriousness back in Godzilla movies is necessary. In the eyes of the humans, GZ is the villain because he is just trying to keep the balance & stay as the top predator, whereas Kong is the protagonist because he relates to the humans more & is seen as a protector, someone who will intervene to keep the peace, whereas GZ doesn’t care.
If they’re going to make more human scenes they have to have more meaning and seriousness instead of goofy characters that makes the whole theater/viewers not care for the human scenes at all.
Your to far from the realm of being grounded when you mention those things such as Gigan and SuperX. Besides I think Minus One laid the ground work for a serious/grounded Godzilla movie.
I’d love to see a show I’d call titan hunters. Have it use the majority of the KOTM excluding the main family, but focus on Ice-T’s kid as the main. Have him be a Monarch team that focuses on smaller monsters that Godzilla would ignore. I think this could be a cool way to introduce a bunch of cool concepts, or go full on Toho and bring in the more C-tier guys like Baragon (who’s my favorite), Varan, Gabara, and just have a story around 30-50 foot tall monsters causing havoc in smaller European areas.
A second show I’d love to see, and to me this would be a one and done thing, would be a show about Mothra and her connection to the Iwi tribe. Have it be very much like Primal. Nobody talks. Keep it short and focused, but just have it be the Mothra show but it takes place years and years ago in the hollow earth and it maybe can feature a Mothra Leo or something as a main monster just protecting this tribe from whatever is down there.
I don't care about those paid TV things, the movies are just good enough for me. Especially how Disney/Marvel keep making more diarrhea. I want good stories in movies.
Here's what I would make/hope for in the Monsterverse:
1. Focus ONLY on the people who work at Monarch and get ride of the any outsiders. We can all agree the show would've been 5 times better if they didn't bring in the stupid family drama.
2. Add more kaiju screen time. How is it that the people making these shows cannot get the simplest idea that we are here for the monsters. Now I would also like to have GOOD human characters, but since they don't really put an effort into that, good monster action is all we can hope for.
2. Kaiju documentary series where we visit different biomes and see various monsters, titans included. I've been wanting this for years because who hasn't thought that a National Geographic series based on giant monsters wouldn't be a good idea?
3. You know how the helicopters fly around the kaiju? Well I was hoping that we would have a show where one guy started it all called the Kaiju Reporter where he tries to start his own news channel by having it focus entirely on kaiju. Because it's so dangerous he does things that are illegal to get his information/recordings, eventually leading him to sneaking into a Monarch outpost to record a Titan and who better than that monster being an underwater shot of Godzilla!
4. It's no surprise that the Mothra Twins are in relations with Mothra so I think a spin off show following their origins would be a great idea!
5. Give Godzilla Dominion a live action adaptation. To me, that book did everything a Monsterverse story SHOULD be. The monsters are always on the screen and we get human dialogue without the actual humans.

Give us a series that focuses on different titans like Mothra , Rodan, Behemoth, etc. This will build up their lore and power them up until the Godzilla movie happens.
I'd wanna see a TV series that's basically Kong: Skull Island part 2 where we see Monarch trying to establish an outpost on Skull Island, with some fights with Kong and the monsters on the island, and eventually building the Kong containment facility seen in GvK.

I would love to see Legendary make animated adaptions to the graphic novels they've made. A lot of fans that aren't into comics are missing out on these stories and an animated adaptation would be a great way to get them in. Also, I would really like to see those cave painting stores be fleshed out into a graphic novel or animation. There’s so much untold stories there.

Personally i just want a show that completely focuses on the monsters or mostly on Godzilla . Like a Primal style show but with Godzilla . I would love it so much if we got a visual storytelling show like that with kaiju . The new empire already kinda did this with Kong but imagine an entire show or even movie like that .
We need to get some back stories of more titans! I love big G but I'd like to see some Rodan or Monster Zero time lines or introduce Gigan. I'd personally love to see Titanosaurus brought in, but we need to start learning more of different titans.
I said this before but I think that Legacy of Monsters can focus on different monsters from the Monsterverse. Say like maybe Season 2 focuses on Kong and if there'll be a season 3 maybe they could somehow focus on other monsters like Rodan and give more history about the kaijus.
Id like to see a story that dwells into king ghidorahs origins and the ancient battles they had with ghidorah and other kaiju like dagon

An animated show about the war between Godzilla and Scar King, maybe with an ending showing how kongs ancestors came to skull island
Season 2 should be about Apex vs Monarch on Skull Island. In KOTM it says flat out that there were mechs on Skull Island so I guess Apex making a “test run” before Mechagodzilla makes sense. Something like a mechani Kong for Kong to fight in the show would be awesome or like a Mecha Skullcrawler.
I would love another animated godzilla show with at least 3 series
I want to see set up for more "villian" kaiju like Gigan, Destroyah, and Space Godzilla. Maybe Mecha Godzilla Mk. 2. Also, with psychic powers now introduced in the Iwi, maybe they can do a kind of slower paced adaptation of the Xillians from Final Wars (with less pleather). Powerful psychics who can commune with the the Titans have slowly started infiltrating governments in key positions and plotting to set themselves up as leaders of mankind by appearing to stop Titan attacks. Of course, someone from Monarch would stand in their way and uncover the conspiracy. The Xillians could be evil aliens who sent Ghidorah to Earth eons ago to terraform, or they could just be an evil offshoot of the Iwi who sided with Scar King or something and were trying to prepare the surface for his take over.
I'd also be interested in seeing the larger Kong civilization. Scar King had the Kongs building something, but we never found out what it was. Also, the ancient conflict between Godzilla and his allies vs. Scar King and Ghidorah would be really cool to see, culminating with Scar King's and Shimo's imprisonment and Ghidorah frozen.
@@KingGoji-m1r3 Well of course, I would want them to put their own Monsterverse spin on it, but using some of those story elements and improving on them would be kind of cool. They're already moving in that direction with the Iwi being psychics that can communicate with the Titans. Definitely wouldn't want it copied in minute detail.
Monarch LOM should fill in the gaps of the Monsterverse movies. Monarch could be such a cool organization, but the movies focus is on the monsters (which is the selling point of the movies to be fair). Monarch is the opportunity to make the monsterverse feel lived in and makes it more relateable for non kaiju fans. They can do early Monarch for sure, I'd also like them to fill the gaps of the movies. What Monarch was doing with Kong between Skull Island and GvK, flesh out the death of Skull Island. Also, the evolution of Godzilla and his behavior. He's much more primal in the last two movies, we can start looking into what's been changing with him.
I actually enjoyed the Monarch show very much especially the people surprisingly. Im really excited for more shows too 🤩.

Well, I want in the MV:
i) Adam Wingard's 3rd upcoming future GxK sequel movie to focus on Godzilla's story with Kong be the 2nd character, introduce Minizilla/Gojira Junior & Anguirus and Spacegodzilla be the next villain of the MV for Godzilla, Kong, Mothra, Rodan, Anguirus, Shimo, Suko & Minizilla to defeat.
ii) a) Monarch: Legacy of Monsters season 2 to center on Kong (with little of Godzilla) & introduce more Titans & monsters and
b) the next upcoming spin-off series have either Mothra, Rodan or something else to focus in the MV
& finally
iii) have a MV documentary series (similar to BBC Planet Earth, Walking With series & Prehistoric Planet) narrating & featuring Godzilla, Kong, Mothra, Rodan, Gamera & all of the Titans+other monsters from both the Hollow Earth & the surface Earth, right👍

A lot of other people are covering the basics on what I'd love to see, but primarily, I want to see more of the other Titans explored, like Methuselah and Scylla.
Would love to genndy tartakovsky (samurai jack & primal creator) work/cook on something for the monsterverse, since he recently made a deal with Warner Bros! Animated or not, definitely wanna see some good project from him, and he already has a good amount of experience for working on Tokusatsu/Kaiju Animated series (Symbiotic Titan)!
I'm all for more monsterverse and I loved GvK and GxK - but I'd like to see more about Goji - and not have him be a side character in his
own movie when he got top billing in GxK... I love the movie. But it was WAY more about Kong, which is fine -
But it'd have been more accurate to call it KxG.... I love me some Kong - but I want MORE GOJI . OK ?

I want to see more of the titans’ prehistoric lives/pasts explored, and definitely more Mothra and Shimo! I mentioned this before, but it’d also be great to see the birth of Mothra and Godzilla’s alliance, how it came about, why, etc.!

I would love a spinoff where the focus is on old Apex technology, with eventually becoming the introduction of Jet Jaguar to the MonsterVerse.
The spin-off should show ancient flashbacks with Godzilla slowly becoming the alpha he is today by exploring the lore and pivotal prehistoric fights including the one fight he lost against the rival Kong.
Definitely want the monarch series and spinoffs to be dark and gritty. Similar to minus one in sense. Also, would have the setting for monarch season 2 having more of Apex involved and there history.
Plans would be I would I would bring back some Toho monsters really make it feel like the classics and give more fights to Godzilla but also I would expand on more of the hollow worth and maybe more out of reaches of space basically hinting at like you know like more space kaiju like Gigan I would also like to make it feel like the heisei era and also I would love to play around with Godzilla’s design more too basically putting in more in tradition to the Toho one they actually literally just scratching it more but also doing the whole slimmer thing still doing with Adam did to him and I I would also bring back some of the old music from those movies too. Basically, I make it feel like like the good old days for Godzilla. And like Godzilla The Series and Monarch G Team it may be a little bit of like an anime like a live action one but also bringing back Godzilla to his rooted with that whole myth and mythology basically making him as symbol of something again I hope you read this and actually mention this in the next video you make at least make a shout out to some of these comments

If I were to make my own monsters show I would focus on the backstory of Godzilla because you know a lot about Kong he lost his family when he was a little he lived alone for a bunch of years but with Godzilla what is the last Godzilla we don't really know a lot about his kind so that's why I make a show focusing on Godzilla's backstory
I will only watch MLOM s2 if Godzilla at least gets 50 mins of screen time because in s1 he only got like 7 mins of screen time
A series following the Iwi showing the ancient Kong and Godzilla war would be sweet.
I really want a serious movie with these monsters where they are not heroes and villans but these monsters are monsters to us,and should have more of humans.And it will be especially good with godzilla and destroyah where good for once doent care about humans but only about winning.
what about a possible animated series, something like G Team where it can look at all the different angles of the monsterverse without the limit of a budget. possibly similar to another Tv show Apple already has a second season for it, Prehistoric Planet. sounds like an old project dangerville was working on then abandoned. Monarch Legacy off monsters was poorly written. For a show about monsters it really didn't dive into those monsters. The interesting characters on the show was the younger characters but they weren't focused on nearly as much. The brother and sister dynamic didn't work but I feel it would have if they got rid of the tech chick lovestory and focused on her bonding with her unknown brother. it just felt like alot of missed opportunities and it was kind of a chore to get through some of the episodes.
I like season 2 be more focused on monster and lore of the monsterverse world, more godzilla, and probably see serizawa in the show
That sounds like a cool idea, but I don't know if Ken Watanabe would be willing to return. I'm pretty sure they killed Serizawa off because he didn't want to be in these movies anymore but I could be wrong on that. But I would love to see Serizawa in Monarch, I think he's one of the best characters.
Who cares bc it has only been 2 Godzilla and kong and its getting boring and not fun anymore.
If monarch legecy of monsters happen before kotm seson 2 would be tide whit godzilla king of the monsters and will tell us about how they capture kong

I would absolutely love to see Godzilla Earth to be introduced in the monsterverse. His presence and atomic breath is by far the most terrifying jaw-dropping spectacle that any fan would absolutely kill to see on the big screen. Just imagine the awakening of GE inside the hollow earth and then make it's way to the surface. Daaaaaaaamn!

Season 2? Only care about the hot Asian actress.
They need to go full Monsters, they still have not learned most people do not care about the humans, some might care for nostalgia reason but in reality it just slows the movie and storytelling down. We're humans with the ability to think, we do not need a human on screen explaining everything all the time.
i do think it's a pressure form above that a human in the movie is mandatory. i might be wrong, but the Director himself said that he wish he can make a movie with only the monsters.
It's also the fact that they should be making good human characters. Minus One is undeniable proof that monster screen time isn't the problem, rather it's something that we crave more because the humans are so badly written.
I just hope Godzilla is expanded upon as a character since king had his whole “putting the king back in King Kong” arc, now I need Godzilla to have some depth other than “I came here to kick ass and chew bubblegum.”
Also, I want Toho to give legendary the rights to more things. More characters, music, etc. Really hard to make a good story with Godzilla and put him with new yet forgetful characters.
Lastly, bring back bear mcreary. Junkie is NOT cooking in there.
