We should be encouraging everyone to have a healthier lifestyle and if that’s just walking on a treadmill or full blown CrossFit then we should praise them either way. Not mock them. That’s why we have such a problem with obesity because people are scared of this exact situation. I’ve lost 4 stone and now go to the gym everyday but the thought of someone filming me in my gym would definitely put me off going. Such a shame

The Haloumi looks good!! Costa Ricans have a very similar cheese which they just call Queso Freir (fried cheese), simple. Costa Ricans eat it with tortillas and a creamy sauce called natilla, it’s so good 😋

I must agree with nandos being severely overrated. Food isn't bad by any means but I've been to plenty of chicken shops with peri peri chicken that literally tastes the same as nandos or better for significantly cheaper and you don't need to wait as long.
Love these videos but when you go to try order the cloths you see the athletes in there never on the website do you no if this will be going onto the site please
