INT affect a lot to the damage for Cart canon, and here is the formula. [{( Cart Remodeling Skill Level * 50 ) * ( INT / 40 )} + ( Cart Cannon Skill Level * 60 )] % ATK If you can reduce your variable casting speed by using your equipment, you can raise your STR, absolutely. However, I decided to reduce my variable casting speed by using stat: INT/2 + DEX >= 265, cause price of equipments in kRO for Reducing variable casting speed is really expensive.
