- HERE YOU WILL SEE THE FDNY BATTLING A 10-75 ALL HANDS FIRE IN 2 PRIVATE DWELLINGS ON MORRISON AVENUE IN THE PARKCHESTER AREA OF THE BRONX IN NEW YORK CITY DURING THE HEIGHT OF WINTER STORM GARNETT.
Before I started watching you I was wanting to downsize from my suburban NYS home to an apartment in a more urban area. Now I appreciate my single home with a decent side yard on each side, separating my home from my neighbors. I have developed an interest in firewalls, fiber cement siding, and stopping use of extension cords. (Clutter conditions was never my issue.)
GM JJ stay warm out there my friend.
Great video, FDNY now has to battle the weather along with the fire. Prayers for the families. Stay safe
Super interesting watching the firefighters work. And boy, do they work hard! The snow. The snow. The snow. Having been raised in snow country, I appreciate the beautiful cold stuff but find myself thanking God for Phoenix weather. I've never had to shovel heat off the sidewalk.
Thanks again for a great video .
Great job by the FDNY of getting a hold on this one before it really got rolling. John you continue to amaze me with you willingness to be right in the middle of the action with your coverage. Another outstanding job and outstanding coverage per the norm. Be careful in the snow and stay safe out there my friend.
Thank you. Stay safe and warm.
Thanks JJ keep warm and Be Safe.. Great job FDNY working in snow conditions..
So much activity when it snows or rains. Be careful driving. You already did a video on how they plow the streets. Good video.
Thanks for a great video in less than ideal weather conditions. The dwellings look likle a solid and attractive duplex but the extrnsion from one to the other is scary. Good knock down by the FDNY and as usual lots of hard overhauling work. Prayers for those who have lost their home.
Great knockdown FDNY! Bad weather to have to go out. Boulder duplex it seems. Shared wall. Thank you FDNY and thank you John for the video. Everyone stay safe and warm. 🚒🚒
Thanks for the video, sir!
Thanks for chasing this one up in da Bronx JJ. Sounds like it's going to be a busy night 🥶❄️
God Bless FDNY! And thank you John for getting up & out & to go brave the frigid cold & snow to show what conditions our firefighters deal with everyday! 🥶
Thank you for getting out in the snow and ice to film for us!

Take care in the crazy weather
Always fun trying to cut a vent hole on a snow covered pitched roof.
I've said it before and I'll say it again...the overhaul is the toughest part of this job!!! My goodness!
Nice video JJ Great save by FDNY --- Debbie
Was that suv double parked? Great video! Great job FDNY. Firefighting is dangerous enough, but throw in some snow and freezing Temps and it's a whole new level! Be safe and keep warm
Sounds like your going to be busy tonight and the next few days.
Stay safe my friend, what is a secondary search ? Thanks
The FDNY in the boogie-down Bronx / The People could see / Thank heavens / for RAC number three
ben niet zo bekend met de codes wat is een 10-75
maar wel weer goeie video hoop dat je geen kou vat
I’m just being nice and kind and polite
Just a suggestion. Place enough NYPD wreckers in service to clear (spelled tow) vehicles that are in violation of ordinances that prohibit blocking hydrants and double parking that prohibit or hinder FDNY from doing their job in a timely, efficient manner. Clearly these violations place civilians and department members at an increased risk of death/injury. Where's the money come from? Easy; create a fine great enough to pay for the service provided. Require that the fine(s) be paid by "X" amount of time or the vehicle will be turned over to NYPD or FDNY for training purposes or auction the vehicle(s) off to help the city pay for the service. Sit around and allow these practices to continue and face a suit(s) for wrongful injury or death.
