Last year, I was taken to the police station in Tunisia and held overnight for nearly 12 hours, scared shitless and asked millions of questions about my plans in Tunisia and why I was taking pictures. Also, when I go to Morocco, people hate having their pictures taken or filmed without their permission first and if you ask most people do not want to have their pictures taken. The only people that I have met so far that love having their pictures taken are the Indians and Sri Lankans! I have been all over Europe and find Europeans arrogant and boring, so I love exotic places, specially Asia, Southeast Asia, Morocco, Turkey, Maldives, Mexico, India and Mauritius!
No cared much about me filming. Oh shit, that sounds intense. I usually try to not film people directly, if something interesting is happening I ask for permission. I also do get declined sometimes.
