Without paying passengers there would be no need for your services. Air Canada have served me frozen food not once but on two separate occasions. When I notified the cabin crew she just said, "What do you want me to do about it?" The other passengers sitting near me all heard her reply and stood up for me. Then they started to offer me their non frozen food. Needless to say all four of my experiences with Air Canada have been awful. Staff are dismissive, rude and have a chip on their shoulder and need to be retrained. If I had another choice I would never travel with them.
In April of this year, I boarded AC from delhi to montreal, I had seat near emergency door, I touched the emergency door while stretching my legs, and the flight attendant became so furious and started blaming me that you are risking life of everyone on board, I was so scared by her blame, that it prompted me to request a seat change to her supervisor, after seat change I heard them chatting frequently that is he behaving? Horrible experience, and really bad treatment by Air Canada crew, will never ever forget that.

Some years ago I was yelled at by an Air Canada crew for asking for another small bottle of wine. She loudly accused me of wanting to take it home and thereby breaking the law. I should have taken her to task but chose not to escalate the issue. I fly internationally and I vowed not to take an AC flight again. I have kept my vow.
To be fair to the flight attendant we're only seeing what happened after, not before. I'd venture to guess that this was not simply over a passenger politely asking for a blanket.
I’ve been on a few flights with either a passenger altercation or a passenger to flight attendant altercation. One flight had flight attendants who could not deescalate the situation for the life of them. Thankfully there was a cop and sorted it out in 5 min. Training flight attendants to learn how to handle these situations should be mandatory. Don’t take me wrong, most of the time passengers are the ones at fault but it gets blown out of proportion by flight attendants.
Well I wonder what staff have had to put up with before this. It is a tough job pleasing the demanding impatient public ( only asked for a blanket....after 14 other demands by others or possibly the same person)
I flew them once as a child as it was booked by my mother .... and for some reason and I am so glad in general from hearing things as years and decades went on .. I would never fly with them, never have, go out of my way to make other flights work to avoid them and is always wonderful because of that! :)

Flight attendants don’t act like this unless there is a reason. Either she was heckled or felt unsafe with the fact she says “ no bullying against the crew” means something else happened before this video was recording. I’m glad there is a review and investigation of the situation, because something is not adding up here. Hopefully she is found to be doing her job and asserting authority as was required in the situation and granted to her under SOPs within AC. There are always two sides to every story and we only have a fraction of it here.
There is more here than what is reported...wait until AC finish the investigation. Also for certain destinations no airline should risk the safety of female crew members.

I got an email.. They did apologize and compton is still in G7 this is the third world airline, i saw videos of better service in the north Korean airline

Those passengers has no class .. they were all screaming at flight attendant for a blanket to put on their heads
She is unprofessional and a total embarrassment for Air Canada which is our least favourite Canadian airline. We only fly with Air Transat.
Bear in mind: Air Canada crew are here to enjoy their life, not to work for you! Shut your mouth or you won't be flying
