I think they should develop the area where the old mall used to be and they sometimes use it as a parking lot. That would be a great concert area or event area out here on vacation now and drove by yesterday just thinking about that.
That was where they charged $99 to park for the country music festival. They ran a shuttle from there to the festival grounds. they also had the food truck festival there this year and I think also a car festival.
I am glad you mentioned the public bathroom. I was going to ask that question. As an IBS sufferer I always need to map out the bathrooms. 😆

Hello, very nice video, all the shops and restaurants are open, excellent, very nice to walk on the boardwalk, whenever we visit Maytle Beach, we go to walk there, it is not easy to make the videos, you walk a lot, congratulations for showing the nice videos

Hello Carmen and Brian! Great video! Our first vacation to Myrtle beach was April 26, 2024. We only stayed Friday through Sunday. I watched your videos prior to our trip which helped immensely in planning our time there. We stayed in north myrtle beach so Friday we went to Barefoot Landing, Saturday we went to Broadway at the beach including Ripley's Aquarium and finally went to the Boardwalk on Sunday! The Boardwalk is definitely my favorite place because of the beach/ ocean! We walked about 15k steps daily according to my daughter's fitbit! Thankfully the weather was in the 70's so it wasn't hot! However our feet and ankles got swollen but we could still walk comfortably. We weren't sure about this phenomenon, swelling feet and ankles? Perhaps you know? We're from the mile high area or Denver. We definitely want to go again and stay longer so we can enjoy all the fun things myrtle beach has! That said you made me look like a great travel guide to my family since I knew where to go once we got there! So thank you for your videos! You two are so blessed to live there! We definitely enjoyed Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the beach and the aquarium and the Boardwalk! Without your videos we would have been lost trying to figure out what to do there! Many thanks for your service and I'll keep watching your awesome videos! I love how you keep moving in the videos showing us everything and your narration is on point! Great job! great video! i saw where it rained alot during the concert and thats a bummer for the fans but stage was covered. at 69 years old im over going to a huge concert like this for sure, thanks for sharing, where did everyone park, in the parking garages etc or do you have to walk a country mile back to the concert area. put a big pavilion back where the old one use to be would be great!!!
It was actually clear most of the weekend, the rain was Sunday night during the festival and then Monday after the festival was over. I believe the parking is where the old mall used to be. And then they run shuttles to the festival grounds. The parking is $99!
Definitely remember Family Kingdom and bringing our kids there too! Are they open in October?
Their calendar doesn't go out that far so I can't say for sure, but that's around the time they usually close for the season.

Love his video. I am heading to MB this weekend, was the music festival last weekend or this weekend of the 14th?
The 2024 CCMF ended on Sun June 8th. By the time you get here the streets that were closed should be back open. 😊😊

Interesting they tore down the 2 zip line towers but didn't tear down the ticket booth. I figured they would have cleared all the land. Maybe they just didn't have enough time.
Could be or maybe they're planning to repurpose it. I guess we'll find out in time.
I would never blow that kind of money and have to stand in the sun. It was bad enough in Pennsylvania with the all day concerts, but they were only 30 bux to see 11 bands. I must ask, what is the crazy parking fees for this?

We're from central NC. Atlantic Beach was the beach I went to most.
How does this boardwalk compare to ocean city Md’s boardwalk. I’ve never been to Myrtle Beach.
We haven't been to Ocean City Boardwalk. Hopefully someone else can answer your question.
Is this boardwalk separate from Broadway at the Beach?
Yes they are two separate locations.
where was the arcade
We showed the arcades a couple of times in the video. Fun Plaza is an arcade, there's another arcade near Gay dolphin, and Ripleys believe it or not has an arcade.
where is the myrtle beach boardwalk
It's in central Myrtle Beach by the ocean off Ocean Boulevard. As I mention in the video that side street we walk up is 9th Avenue North for a cross street.
