yeah kinda shows how stupid Iracing physics are.
4:00 I like how the new motion blur effect looks for most screenshots, but not for a photo finish, lmao.
The cars are the subject of the photo, depending on the digital aperture speed, we would see a car being blurred by motion, or one completely still.
@@mmonkeyman1403 this is a game, you can have absolutely no motion blur. In all the photo-finishes before this video, everything was completely sharp.
The le mans one wins it for me I must admit

With these new consoles coming out, I would love to see a Iracing Console addition. Could be the best console sim. Heck could have it the same way. Make it free itself but paid subscription or something. I think that would be cool

Maybe! All it takes is a second or less of lacking attention or dozing off mentally and it can throw you into a wall. Pretty easy to do when you're so comfortable for a few hours worth of laps.

hey im kinda new and was wondering about VR? i really want to get into it but i know nothing about it like what brand and models and things are best. any input on these things would be greatly appreciated
The new oculus rift just dropped. If you have the money absolutely get that, its miles ahead of current vr tech, buy if you cant afford it. I use the occulus (bought used from Ebay for 250) and it works wonders. Not the highest quality but, man, if your computer can run it, it will be the best gaming experience you'll ever have

I really want to get into iRacing but it seems like all the events are on at ridiculous times for me, like 4/5AM. I also don't understand if it's a membership required game; either way it really does look like a moneypit having to buy cars with real world currency.

Didn't realize how good the graphics were in this game. Everything I've seen from this game have been sub par graphics. Guess it was their recording quality. Might have to pick this game up as that was one of them main reasons I didn't.
i believe your seeing 1 of 2 things: they added motion blur in this, and also i believe they slightly updated the graphics recently
That, plus a lot of people use triple monitors, especially pro streamers. Top that with recording/broadcasting, and the load is intense, on the GPU, killing the FPS

I wish I could afford a gaming a PC and a decent wheel to go with it so I could play this game. Every video I watch it looks like people actually make an effort not to crash into you unlike every single PS racing game I have ever played.

Why are half the highlights always road racing and why isn't there more nascar highlights?
iRacing needs to try to implement "marbles" especially for the 12hr & 24hr endurance races as that is a very real factor during those long events.

RF2 is the only decent one you've mentioned. ACC and AC is terrible. I mean ACC is ok it's not great, looks cartoonish, feels sloppy even with my DD wheel, so no excuse there. Now RF2 on the other hand is great, but like all them sims they don't have dedicated forums, I can report a problem and have a reply from staff in minutes helping my problem. None of them sims can compare to iRacing they're games rated for kids that's why you can win a race with an Xbox controller ( I did it) then I stopped playing ACC never even went back when it was fully released
