I was in one of the clips! The third dega clip @ 2:00 with 5 or 6 wide finish, #13 car. That race was incredible! Only 1 or two cautions and I think the lead changed like 5 or 6 times in the last few laps. Dega can be the most annoying places to race, but get the right group together, and it’s one of the best!

That push start should definitely be the top play of the month. I didn't even realize that was possible, and that sportsmanship is god-tier. That said, why was Crampton not able to start on his own? Battery failure? Or did he just not have ignition mapped?

iRacing really need to use trading paint for this series.
I feel like there might be some goofy licensing/copyrigh/trademark rules or laws that could make this an issue. Logos from companies and organizations that are not official iracing partners being used in a promotional video just sounds like it could get a little tricky legally speaking. Probably easier and safer to just not use it.

I'm new to iRacing and I got a question: Do you let go off the throttle in cars which use an H-shifter?

As it happened I knew my life was over. I figured I was gonna over correct and destroy my truck but I somehow missed it... Lady luck gave me a good hand that night
Kind of reminds me of when I days of thundered a Daytona Crash in the carb cup around the outside. That same race I made contact going for second and managed to save a wild ride through the tri-oval, just barely held onto it.
Not sure if I understand #2. It’s been awhile since I’ve raced on iRacing. Is there random mechanical failures now?
Sadly i don't have the funds to start sim racing yet :( I really want to though ^^
Iracing seems so fun!😍 But i don't really like to pay for a game wich i can only have for a period of time and I'm a kid so it's a little bit different compared to how it would be if i was an adult

I don't understand the push start, The leader helps someone to be on the lead lap, so how is he then the leader? And why does he need a push start anyway?
Also at 2:30 Car Nr. 7 is in a very grey area regarding blocking if one asks me.
I think in NASCAR if the last guy stays on the lead lap he's still the last guy but doesn't have the lap difference

GT4tube that’s why the highlights are awesome. Because they put money in the game. And I’m glad its subscription based because at least the people on there are serious.

How is 1:32 even legit. If this was real pretty sure that would be a major penalty. You cannot pass in the grass, cans someone confirm this or fix this if I have my info wrong
He was forced out of the track, so he shouldn't have any penalty
Great videos. I'm surprised you don't have more non-oval one v one dicing through a string of corners. The only one I saw was 2:27. Most videos were collision avoidance and not overtakes...

Can someone explain the number 2 spot with the push start? What happened?
in iRacing you have the ability to have the car stall. Looks like he spun, car stalled, and didnt have a starter button bound to his wheel.
@@AWSim I'm using pedals with clutch and shifters why can't I stall the stock cars? Does it have to do with license rating?
@@Bane_Diesel you have to turn of auto clutch or something like that in the option menu. Just set it so that you have no assists
@@Bane_Diesel check under the settings for driver aids, need to have anti-stall turned off.
AWSim ignition is standard to I and Starter to S on keyboard ... I have not seen that you can have that not assigned if you use no aids ... cause he need to start the car anyway ... but it is not that important ... HOW ... it is very immersive to see it that way.

What would make a good highlight: a European membership, with good tracks and cars. Now it seems iRacing is only meant for the US, sadly.

@@Dub3God If they want to boost their sales and finally get European customers, they should go all-in, and not only propose a few good cars, but have a membership option with EU tracks + cars. For now it's not appealing to us.

And the virtual cars cost more than real ones.
Maybe you should stop making Top 10 videos and start making just "the best of" compilations, because 2 random clips on first place are kinda pointless.
I love iRacing, but to have to pay a monthly subscription on top of also buying the cars and tracks is just too much. Even with the store credits made from doing full series, you lose too much money in the process for me to actually enjoy this sim constantly. Hopefully one day they lose the subscription, and make it free to play, or at least a one time payment. Then I would actually put more money into the game knowing I can play whenever without "losing" the cars and tracks from not renewing.
