No. Clear sheild is standard. You can buy the tinted sheild separately. She likely already unboxed the helmet prior to the video
The padding on the X-15 is not glasses friendly though

My 1st was an HJC our bestie custom airbrushed by request of bf for 1st vday in 2002, bike they built was '4month secret project' for my college grad gift. He was our best man, met his wife/another guest at our destination wedding in Jamaica in 2004 & they married in 2005. We surprised them bc I'd been teaching her to ride on my bike whilst "borrowing my bf" secretly for 18months so 1st US date- she & I pulled up on our bikes... I don't own a X-15 but i own a X-14
Pinlocks produce glare. Threw mine in the trash the first time I had to ride at dusk. Fog is fixable, glare is not
the glare is allright, never had issues
I love this helmet , but shoei needs better graphics 🤦
Love my Shoei helms but I am super disappointed in the x15 as it fogs up on me bad even after installing and then removing the Breath guard and making sure the internal padding is inserted correctly. Went back to my RF1400. Will try the New AStars SuperTech R10. Congrats Jess. Mine is the Red version of yours.
