Journey:
Bangalore to Delhi - Train/flight
Delhi to Gowri Kund - Bus/ jeep till sonprayag, from sonprayag sharing jeep are available, i suggest you to stay in gowrikund (It is easy to reach gowrikund at evening time) and you can start trek from gowrikund without wasting time.
Gowrikund to kedarnath : you have many option like horse and single person carrying you or 4 ppl carrying you and helicopter from sonprayag to kedarnath.
Food : food is availableat all points so no need to worry.
stay in kedarnath : there are many stays just walkin to the stay and negotiate.(avoid tent stay if it is too cold)
Best time to get dharshan : at night 8:30pm the queue will be low so you will get dharshana in 10-15 min
Budget : based on you stay and mode of transport you have to decide.
