Top 30 RPGs and the only Tales Of game is Tempest? The one so bad, they had to reclassify it as a spinoff and not a main series game? Even if the game's not as bad as its reputation suggests, that still doesn't feel right. Absolutely appreciate the inclusion of FE Shadow Dragon though. Would've been nice to see more titles that aren't attached to major franchises like Pokemon or Final Fantasy, but Shadow Dragon's one of my favorite FEs, so I'm more than fine with that being represented here.
never heard of Sands of Destruction, thanks. plan 2 try it. my vote 4 #1 would b Shiren the Wanderer (Rogue-like), i can speedrun a brand new game,no deaths in just over 3 hours. trying 2 do it in 2. Disgaea a close 2nd place.
That doesn't seem to me to be a very controversial statement honestly. DQ5 is one of the best games in the series (and the DS version is awesome). And DQ6 gets a lot of flack but I'm still rather fond of it. DQ9 has a lot of great qualities, but the online focus did have a detrimental effect on the overall experience.
Sadly, Lunar Knight is nowhere near as good as its predecessor Solar Boy due to the absence of solar sensor in my opinion.. And I feel the game is just too short, and a large portion is actually a shooter game.
Honestly, at least HALF of the games on this list aren't even worth playing because they're so mediocre. No offense to the person that made the video, the DS just had a TON of middling games in this genre. Personally I'd put Strange Journey, Devil Survivor 1, DQ5, Chrono Trigger, Bowser's Inside Story and Etrian Odyssey III at the very top.

yep, maybe later I will make a part 2 video, but for me Zelda is not included in the rpg genre
