The AC does not affect the performance. We were driving during peak summers and the AC was ON all the time. It does need a push on steep inclines especially in the Auto trim, the manual handles them seamlessly. The trick is, in extreme conditions, just switch it Petrol for a few seconds.
Additional information needed :- how does it perform on inclines (in ghats , parking at angles etc) does ac affect performance significantly
