Because you have bad quality torque wrench, you overtighten much over 30 Nm....btw.AUDI TFSI 4 cyl. engines all have 30Nm spark plugs, I tighten all and never broke any thread, but I have professional grade torque wrench with max 2% .

Is there a difference between oil filters with plastic cap endings, and the ones without them?
