I had this system years ago. If you want it to call the dispatch center and then they call and Send the police there is a monthly fee. If you just want a siren to sound and hope it scares the burger away, that's free.
customer service told me self monitoring is now $9.95 per month. The videos showing how criminals easily disable this system should give pause to anyone thinking about Simpli Safe - this is a low end system - marketing not security is what you are buying- think twice, buy another brand.
You need to lower your monthly cost for your premium service OR I am switching to Ring. $30 a month is ridiculous. You are pricing yourself out of a customer. Your monthly price keeps drastically increasing beyond being reasonable!!!!
Simpli safe just raised the cost of monitoring. Unfortunately too many customers complain how easily they were burglarized with Simpli Safe and full monitoring. Play safe, buy another brand.
