Hey SkidKids! I have a place for you to visit. It’s the beach that I go to A LOT. It’s called Sea isle and it’s in sea isle city, New Jersey. It’s a pretty small beach compared to other ones, but there’s also a lot less people, and depending where you are it’s nice and flat. This is the place that I learned how to skimboard. I’ve landed shuv-it’s and I’ve rode waves. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it :)
The Shred to Shenanigans ratio is dialed in this vid. I have no idea if this is possible but there's this thing called a CentriPro, if you could skim and sling that thing around your head you win all the style points.
@@SkidKids thank you! I am a sort of beginner. Right now i have a wooden board with almost no curvature. This summer i will buy a carbon fiber board and immediatly put on traction so that i have the best experience. With the wooden board im very limited because i only can skim on half an inch water and not on wet sand.
i recently bought an exile board that is textured would you recommend traction pads and was or just wax? and also which pads/wax would you recommend? love the vids keep up the work! :)

Would you recommend a Skimboard Arch bar or a Skimboard front deck traction?
Tijmen Bakker an arch bar is good for beginners because it helps you more with placing your feet in the middle of the board
