I stayed in women-only area of a designer capsule hotel in Kyoto, Japan (女性専用エリア カプセルホテル 京都 日本). The name of the hotel is MAJA HOTEL KYOTO (マヤホテルキョウト).

This capsule hotel was designed by the famous Finnish designer "Harri Koskinen". Linens and curtains were made by Marimekko, and it was a special space.
There is a women-only area, and some days are completely women-only. It was a wonderful space and I was able to have a comfortable experience unlike other capsule hotels. Watch the video for details!

It's really nice for a capsule. Unfortunately, I need total silence for sleep and capsule hotels are the antithesis to that. But definitely better than having to spend a night at a Manga-kissa, for sure.
