can someone quickly explain how tom ross won. Im fairly new to magic and i dont know alot of the cards

He doens't deal regular damage. Instead his creatures deal Infect damage, putting poison counters on the player he attacks instead of making them lose life. A player with 10 poison counters loses the game.
