The struggle is real when it comes to keeping track of expenses. 😅 I have been keeping track of everything for the past couple of months and it can take hours to figure out when I make a mistake. I’m going to try and put in a morning habit of checking the bank before going to work. Don’t be hard on yourself, you’re amazing and motivating to do many!
Mrs Bailey never underestimate how strong you are. You are doing a great job keeping on top of everything. Since you started back in August look at all you’ve achieved so far. You filled the emergency fund twice and TG you had that when it was needed. You are paying extra on loans 1 and 2 when you can, you’ve nearly done with the mobile, you are paying way more than minimum on the American Express. You have great family and friends helping you and cheering you on and you also have this UA-cam family celebrating every milestone you achieve. You keep it real so the rest of us feel encouraged to do the same. Thank you so much. Mary, Joes wife 👏💪👍🙏💐💵🚙
You’re doing so good Mrs. Bailey. I love the transparency of your videos and showing it’s not always pretty. I’m working on building my EF back up after several car repairs😒. Just ghetto. Now atp I need a plate😂😂😂! Always here til the end🎁
I'm so glad you are considering getting a full-time job ( if that's what I heard you say). Knowing that you have definite income coming in weekly /biweekly, will relief so much stress of wondering if you have enough money to pay your bills. Especially since the weather is so unpredictable, you take chances every day of not bringing in any money. Which is only going to set you back. But once you get to working full-time & receiving a consistent paycheck will give you and Mr. B a sigh of relief 😊
Great video. My work will be shutting down for almost a week for maintenance repairs, but I am blessed to still be able to work during the shut down. God is good. He has us and we will make it and get where we want and need to be. Have great rest of your day!🎄
May of '22 pir gas prices went up $1.50 and within the first few days of June, another $.20/ gal. Meanwhile we had stretched ourselves in Jan and began a 6 month straight streak of signfificant enough to us unplanned mandatory expenses; 8 total in '22. In the background we had begun a decluttering and organization effort in the summer of '21 which got abruptly interrupted. As a function of decluttering, we put an emphasis of condensing and using up open containers in the kitchen, refridgerztkr door, under the sinks, a d in the garage. In June of '22 when we reowkred all of our spendimg and everything else we doubled dowm on the decluttering and organization efforts. We had a "use what yo have" approach which took us through the summer of '23 on a lot of things. For example, the wood box we diy'd out of scrap and pallet wood is has some mighty fine deck screws in it; they had been too good to toss and not enough to build a deck. We went through the open cleaning supplies even though they were nolonger our routine. I did diy and yard stuff smelling pretty nice because since 2020 we werent going out as much and, elsewise they would have just been taking up shelf and cupboard space until they turned ra cid ir the cows came home in thier own. -- You get the idea. This savednus a fair amount of money over all.
Hey sis I watched to the end ❤❤. Also your doing great it not easy and I love how transparent you are. I’m praying for full time too. Our feet not getting of the gas in 2025❤
Your doing ok loan number 1 is nearly paid off maybe just cut back on the Amex a bit until you get on your feet a bit more then increase it. Keep your chin up.
I've looked up the serial numbers for your bank notes, they're still on the newer side, but the $100 bill seems like it's going to be rare over the years as time goes on 💜
I'm had to remove my money to 90 day savings challenge envelopes. I'm also in the same boat with starting back over my savings budgets to pay all of these bills because of a serious car accident April 9,2024.
Mrs. Bailey, I think you’re doing a great job and I for one, want to apologize for all of these Negative Nancy’s and Ned’s commenting. I want to snap at a few of them but it’s not my place to and I know everyone is entitled to an opinion but geez.
Yes, your back is to the wall but it often takes a good 2 to 3 months to get a budget consitiently budgeting. You folks have such a variabke income it becomes all tne more difficult. Give yourselves as much grace as posdible under your current financial pressures.
Thank you. I did mention that a couple of videos ago. We are just trying to figure out which one of us is going to do it. I’m thinking maybe my husband since he drives more. But I also don’t wanna deal with the Jeep 😩
It is time to come up with an alternative to $1.25 waters at the Now $1.25 Store. So far, its been twice this week for a total of $10. I agree that Mr Bailey probably NEEDS water but, can you re-fill the water bottles? Can you buy re-fillable wster bottles for $1.25 and use tap water? Leave room at the top in case they freeze. But also leave room in the fridge so you can wash then refill several dsy's worth. Or, whike leaving extra soace for freezing, load up a box or milk crate and store in the trunk. You would have to compare the cost difference but it SEEMS as if it would be cheaper to buy water at the gricery store; this isnt always true though. The tap is cheaper yet though.
@@BaileysBudget so sorry yoir tap water isnt safe to drink; ours' is. If its contaminates (did you say Flint, Ml) then you're kinda stuck. But if its chlorine or flourine, you can boil those off in a microwave; or pot. Still spring water can be purchased by the gallon at the grocery store for much less cost.
How old is your grandson? Maybe you can create an ornament together instead of spending money for a gift? I wanted to send a gift to you. But I'll need a phone number for the delivery. You've come a long way!
Why don’t you guys get a steady job to have guaranteed income? Too much uncertainty when you don’t have a steady job because you guys need insurance and you don’t control your spending. Who needs to buy waters? I drink from the faucet. You can boil your water if you think your water is not safe. ❤ reevaluate your needs and I bet you will find out you need a job…..the 100.00 you have are not valuable and won’t be. Sorry.

Hey Mrs Bailey!! When I get that notification of a new video I rush to UA-cam so I can see what’s going on🏃♀️💨😂😂❤ #loyalone

How do you like your planner?
I love it. It really makes budgeting so much easier. I use to just use a notebook.

Doing a great job, take one day at a time like you are doing😊 how old is your grandson? If you don't mind answering😊
He’s 5. He’ll be 6 at the end of the month
Keep going 🎉
🤗❤️
may I ask why you think an old $100 will be worth more because it is an old bill?!
If you go on eBay they already sell for at least $30 more. Anything vintage usually goes up in value eventually
Enjoy watching your videos
Thank you so much ❤️
Mrs Bailey look into rental car program with uber and Lyft. I do it with uber and it works for me

I’m not sure where you live. But our tap isn’t safe to drink. I’ll stick to the spring water. Thanks
I don’t drink tap water either ..
