Back to Baldur's Gate 3 now, Godspeed.
To me, it was a big deal that for the first time, Mara apologized for all the years of manipulating him, and saying that she actually genuinely cares about him.
Not for the first time, Mara sent letters to Crow earlier trying to apologize but Crow deleted them without opening. He had been avoiding her for quite a while at first after getting his memory back.
I also noticed a very interesting line where she pretty much said that what happened wasn’t what she intended to come of it.
@@brandonperry2253 in the season of the Lost Mara explained that she tried to manipulate Uldren to protect him because he had been constantly looking for dangerous missions on his own to impress her. But her protection only made him double down on the effort... And his atachment to her later made him blind to Riven's manipulation, who pretended to be Mara to make him do a lot of terrible things.
Oh, dude, Horizon Zero Dawn, Frozen Wilds, Forbidden West, Burning Shores. Such an absolutely amazing game series and incredible lore.

I have always been intrigued by both Mara and the crow even when he was uldren an the character growth and development that they have had makes me like the characters even more

I thought the connection between Crow and Mara was the obvious thing once it was revealed that only one could go. I mean we know that other guardians are in the traveller in TFS from the trailers. So there had to be a way that we would get more people than just one.
They have been talking about the connection between Mara and Crow a lot already this season and how it's more of a paracasual force, and that the awoken and lay lines are connected. So it seemed obvious that the crow would go through and become an anchor for them to connect a lay line to, with Mara as the anchor on our side. I was expecting Crow to be stuck there though, which might still happen, but from this week they haven't given any warning of that. But I think he'll be making a sacrifice of having to stay within the Traveller.

As the Queen of Schemers (Only Savathun equals if not surpasses her in cunning) I would EXPECT Mara Sov to 'act with sincerity' the role of the "Changed Woman". I still suspect her of desiring a Light bearer to control (hence Petra advising Crow to reconnect with his old friend and compadre Jocelyn or whatever his name is)
Mara Sov is one to always keep a weather eye on.
But we shall see, the Final Shape will reveal what it reveals.
Correction: Awoken DO NOT have connection to each other. But EACH Awoken (maybe for the exception of guardians) has a connection to Mara Sov. They constantly hear her voice, see her eyes and face in their dreams (Source: Revanche I). Because all of the crew of Exodus Green died and were resurrected in the singularity of distributary she became their goddess. 'All of us died and made me Queen.' (sourceL Revanche II)
Uldren's connection may be different. There are several hints at some 'secrets' in Marasenna and Awoken of the Reef lore books. Maybe that Rega tale was the secret?

Start with God of War then do Horizon Zero Dawn, then do The Last of Us part 1 (do the remake) then do Resident Evil 7 after those I can think of Resident Evil Village but that wasn't released too long ago.
I suppose there are the Uncharted Games you can try and the Tomb Raider ones

Always wanted to see someone do like a "tourist" series where specific sites had their lore/history discussed. Like the well of flame in the cistern.
I think it was a typo, that Bungie put Follow Crow when they meant follow The Witness through the portal
Around 6:40, Myelin mentions Bungie spoils the season ending with Osiris’s hologram dialogue (I think?). I skipped the rest of the video to avoid said spoilers…
To clarify, it is not spoilers. I explain that shortly after. People thought it was a spoiler, when really it was revealed in week 6. So if you have played week 5 an d week 6, there are no spoilers.

Hope you had a fantastic time off. Yeah, the writing seems, rushed and trying to make connections where none really exist. Inventory seen worse from Bungie and much better. Ah well. Eggs gathered, omelette planned for a future date. Time to make that wish that will sadly take months to grant.

I don't know, I think destiny 2 is getting so stale because having a story where people just talk to the main character and tell him all these cool things that happen but he never sees them unless it's in a rare informative cutscene and even then not much goes down in cutscenes, even if crow is a cool character I just feel like they're throwing too much development into a character that we've been following season after season, crows had some significant story and I get it its because they're gonna make him hunter vanguard but it's getting tiring seeing other characters have development EXCEPT the ones we started destiny 2 off with, and if we do get any development from them it's in a damn lore book
Bungie is so brilliant for ripping off Elric and copying him 1:1 for Crow’s character!
Totally 😂 honestly though D2 + Razorfist's video where my gateway drug to Elric funny thing is the books where only recently re-released in novel form but also read the French graphic novels.

Bruh these plot elements are so disappointing. They had a decade to pepper ACTUAL clues as to what was to come, but instead they kept setting up things that eventually was dropped. This vague connection between Mara and crow that hasn’t been really explored and the reason we can’t follow into the traveler are dumb and uninteresting
The conection between Mara and Crow was fleshed out and followed through since Forsaken, through season of the Lost(S15) up until season of Defiance(S21), early this year, and now this season.
The story of Ager and Rega literally forshadowed this since season of the Lost, and was called back almost every week this season. If you didn't piece things together, i don't know what to tell you.
In the same way, "untaking" something taken was a thing we knew how to do since Forsaken (hell, Mara herself reminds you this in the story dialogue), where we managed to "untake" the Techeuns (first Sedia, on the Corrupted strike, then Kalli and Shuro Chi in the Last Wish raid).
Just because you don't remember the lore, or can't listen to dialogue, doesn't mean it isn't there.
