  • This video is part one of rebuilding the front suspension on my 1969 BSA A65 Thunderbolt. The front fork assembly is from a 1966 BSA A65 Spitfire. The workshop manual I’m using covers BSA twins 650 & 500 years 1966, 1967 , & 1968. This video covers disassembly, cleaning, & inspection of the front suspension parts. If you like this video feel free to comment , like , or subscribe as always have a good week thanks for watching.

I had to chuckle about your cable , why would ya , they are so cheap , I just did bushes and seals on my B33 , also tryyyying to make my front brakes better, 7" , I might be better off with an anchor and a rope 🤔

The things you find on these old bikes some interesting hacks for sure. Good luck with your anchor and rope setup 👍
