If you haven't noticed already, you get less and less pleasure from it.i also pick up injuries so easily now and have started with arthritis. Save it up, it's hard but resist the temptation, you will not "need" to do it soon Then on the odd occasion you do ( like once a fortnight) it's amazing again. But most of all you will feel better for not doing it. Good luck x
