Fun fact, prior to Covid, Virgin had plans to team up with Brightline and have VIRGIN TRAINS USA. And it'd be a way to connect Virgin Atlantic pax in between MCO and MIA and also funnel PAX to Virgin Voyages out of MIA. It fell thru in Late 2020.

TriRail goes to MIA. That's the train I use.
That seems to be a problem with Brightline, double booking seats. Watch someone else's vlog, he ended up on a bench next to restrooms. So much for premium seating. Bon voyage!
Brightline is not cheap. If there are two of you and uber makes a lot more sense.

Hope trip was fantastic!!!, Coco was a tad bit not his usual self but did brighten up at end of this video. Has to pack less,I can pack for a,week in a carry on,hair dryer and all.🌞

“I love trains” I need to find me a man like John 🤣 I guess it’s good that brightline is so popular it’s over booked rather than it’s so empty it’s on the verge of dying but I don’t think they should be allowed to sell you a premium ticket if there are no seats or at least it should be heavily discounted, but everything else looks pretty nice!

How early did you all arrive at the Fort Lauderdale train station? I have never been on a train so want to make sure I arrive early enough but not too early where we sit around for hours. Also when did you book your Uber ride, before arriving at the station or while on the train? Online it reads, "Rides must be requested at least 30 minutes ahead of arrival" wanted to make sure that meant prior to arrival destination.
6:23 🤣 I'm surprised the booking thing hasn't been sorted out yet. It started when they opened the Boca and Aventura stations in December and the computer system started double bookings. Not sure when this train ride was.
For the first 5 mins I watched this video and was like “oh no poor thing coco broke his arm” then I realized it was a Fanny pack 😂 haha glad he didn’t break his arm ❤

Thanks for showing the Brightline. I almost took it when I was in Miami; the transit system in Miami is so disconnected. I looked up prices for the Brightline and the business class you took was like $38 for free booze and a free Uber ride? How do they afford to stay in business lol!
Cause they earn most money from real estate, and earn money in loads of other ways too, not just from tickets.

I heard the one hiccup with Brightline in an otherwise great performance is their overbooking for seats. I hope they fix it soon!

Had not idea of this train! How easy is to go from FLL to MIA? my family lives close to MIA but from where i live (PIT) is easier to find direct flights to FLL and then usually have to pay a lot of money on Uber and Lyft which not much about the money but the traffic and hustle after flying there is this a reliable alternative?

I will be using Brightline in the near future. On their website it states the specs for size and weight for a carryon. It’s actually a full size piece of luggage but they say to carry it on yourself, it must be under 40 pounds…can you confirm this? Also, was fee for checking it included in the premium ticket? Thank you
Also could you tel me if 5 min was enough time to claim your luggage and get to where the Uber picks you up? The next option was 30 minutes when you did it with the premium ticket. Many thanks
