That apartment complex does not want to replace the sewage pump. I sued a complex and won a few years ago. That pump 10 years ago cost about 150,000.00 to replace. @@MikeyD0because it’s not caused by the plumbing system in the house. There is no mechanism/route for your wastewater lines to back up like that, with pressure enough to bubble back into the house. As a Plumber the toilets is not backed up or the problem! The problem is the main sewage line or possibly even from the main street sewage line.
So would the town be responsible..?
Well, somebody is not doing their job. Sad that this kind of thing happened in a developed nation.
@@ickisOblina as a restoration contractor, who specializes in this, yes. The city would be responsible. I’ve actually had the same situation happen many times. Sometimes it happens with water pressure from a clean water line as well. Sometimes their system fails and sends unregulated pressure through the pipes, causing multiple houses in a few block radius pipes to burst
That and this apartment might be at the lowest point of the plumbing structure making this the pressure escape from all the other apartments
Would that make the county responsible for cleaning this up?
Probably a sewage mainline backup in the building, and this unit is the last one that ties to the line before the clog.
That would explain multiple fixtures backing up, and the pressure on the sewage coming up the toilet would be because it's coming from the units above.

@@kazedaaaaaa4676 in raw sewage? hell ya, that's one way to speed up MAID. /s
thought can't imagine the smell.
This happened at my grandma's place, only it was her upstairs neighbor. Her ceiling looked like it was pregnant, and when the water broke I felt like I was in a Stephen King horror movie. Aboveground poo is traumatic AF
Wait so what happened since her apartment got broken through from above with poo???
So u stood there and watched ? Lmao
Did it have c section or natural birth?
I guess someone ate Taco Bell and flooded the whole sewer
Literally, everything needs to be thrown away at that point
Everything house included
Set on fire
Their frigging feet too.
Including those feet
Looks like an AVERAGE day in a Navy Cruiser underway👁️👄👁️
This is DEFINITELY not a toilet issue. This has to be a sewer main clog.
You realize the main piping for sewers are like 60 inches in circumference, I doubt that’s clogged. Probably his drain that runs to the main
I had this issue (not on this scale thankfully)and it was the sewer pipe that tree roots had grown through. It was on my property so my responsibility.
Yep
@@itsbno3597this is backflow pretty sure something is installed incorrectly with his whole system
Why is there such a powerful flow?!
I don’t even have words for the PTSD after this event
If this gives you PTSD I'd hate to be stood next to you in a war 😂
Too much poop water kind of sound like p water sounds disgusting😂 is that happens in my house I will call my Mama or mom😂
This isn’t a toilet issue.
It’s a sewer issue.
The sewer line is clogged and draining into that place.
It’s why I don’t like being near the bottom in apartment buildings.
Everyone above me, their sewer line drains into mine.
worse than that
Probably a teenage ninja turtle
Exactly I work on these every other week
Throw everything away
Oh gross
This guy has wayyyyy to much confidence on his immune system
😂😂
Not like he drank it 😂
Exactly i would be terrified 😂
It's a woman.
@@onlyenzoYTthat stuff can give your skin a horrible infection! Not only that but there are "fumes"- air droets that we breath, & thats just from flushing the toilet!
This isn't just the toilet backing up. There is something far worse going on. This is awful. Sorry this happened to you.
Agreed, toilet water is clean. This is a major issue. I feel horrible for this tenant!
The fact he didnt leave the house once it started cuz theres poop😂
Gosh I hope the city has your back… I pray you get the measurements you deserve.
“City has your back”😂😂😂😂😂😂
Just keeping it nifty on fifty
If he has renters insurance he might be okay. But otherwise, he might be on his own
