I was SHOOK when the GOAT Gordon Ramsay himself called me in the top 5 social media chefs in the nation, sending me through auditions and into the draft of Season 3 Next Level Chef. WHAT IS LIFE.
I recorded this update video the morning after the auditions and wasn't planning on posting it but thought it might be fun to give you a little insight into how I was feeling in the moment. I hope you enjoy! :)

Nicole-Words can not express how happy I am for you! I watched you from when you and your sister were little. I’ve even gone back through the dance recital videos that I have…and the posts from your mom when you were competing in pageants.
