I practice Kundalini Yoga since 3 years on a daily basis. I include Pranayama as breathing techniques but also as sound vibrations. I am not technical into Yoga, because I do it very intuitive. I always thought that Pranayama includes all the sounds. Does Pranayama technically include sounds?
+Symbolsysteme ... If we go with what Anat says here in here talk - Pranayama includes anything that moves, expands or directs the flow of energy channels. So if you feel that this is what is happening when you do sound vibrations... then this is Pranayama for you!
