- Ni Hao everyone! This is my 2nd Guangzhou layover guide video. This specifically shows the immigration procedure once you arrived at Baiyun International Airport and how to get your free transit hotel and freebies with China Southern Airlines.

@@dabidooo It was a complete shamozzle when I arrived 😅
The self serve counters weren't working and there was only one counter open for the visa on arrival with no system in place to know the order of service.
The latter wouldn't have been a problem if people were able to form a straight line, which we did initially, but a few started to push forward and suddenly it was an unorganised cluster and people started to get annoyed at the ones who pushed ahead.
Eventually a second agent opened up who assured me it wasn't usually so chaotic.
All in all it was relatively straight forward. Disembark, follow the visa on arrival signs just before customs and transit hotel desk was to the right of the main information desk near the exit :)

I want to buy one way ticket with you to travel to Sydney for 23or 24or 25Jun and it has 2 stop in Beijin and Guanzo.
or might have inly one stop in Guanzo
Do I need any Covid test or any Visa or application form?please let me know what to do if need any test.
I only transiting in Beijing and Guanghzo and I am not leaving airport and my final destination is Sydny with China southern airline.
When I done antigen test what should I do?Do I have to print and take with me or I have to submit it?
Do I have to submit it somewhere?Do I have to fill custom declare form or wechat...ir any other health form. because in this form ask for phone number and adress of someone in china and I dont have any.

Hi po. May 29hrs layover po ako this dec sa guangzhou. I tried to book free hotel accom online pero lagi nag aappear, “you do not meet the transit hotel booking rules.” Bakit po kaya ganyan? TIA for your reply po. 😊
In a few weeks I will fly to Bangkok with China Southern airlines but via Shenyang (not Guangzhou); my layover is 14.5 hours, do you think the same will apply in Shenyang as it does in Guangzhou? Do you think I can get accommodations at a hotel in that city?

No need to do beforehand I thought so too but I just went to the counter they made me choose a chamber and I had to wait until someone take me there

Hello, I have a doubt I have read in some posts that the stopover in China back does not let you fly because they ask you for a visa even if it is transit, I think it is in the country of departure to your destination with stopover in China, how was yours?
I have read that almost all nationalities are allowed to have 24-hr visa in entry in China as long as you have an onward boarding pass. I booked a roundtrip ticket from Dubai to Philippines and both have long layovers in Guangzhou. Fortunately, i did not have any problem entering Guangzhou twice.
How about 1 hour and 20 minutes lay over need pa po ba mgtransfer? Salamat

zafiro hilton no need to get a transit visa. You can follow the sign for connecting flights, you will have to pass the inspections gates before you reach the boarding gate for you next flight. No need to go through immigration.

Mariadeneth Cruzat hotel transit are provided for overnight stay po, not sure kung ma avail ninyo kc less lng din ang time nyo for check in and check out.. better explore the city nlng 😊

Yes. Shuttle is provided from airport to hotel and vice versa. 👍🏻

@@reggie8859 once you arrive at Baiyun international airport, you will have to get your free visa entry first and then proceed to China Southern airlines desk to book your hotel. Note that you must have a layover for 8hrs or more to get the free transit hotel stay.

@@reggie8859 before going through immigration, you must go to the 24-hr visa counter first to get your visa entry. Just present you passport and onward boarding pass.
Hello. Medyo confusing... If Philippine passport mabibigyan pa din ng free transit visa? Hindi kase nakalagay yun Philippines sa 53 allowed countries. Thanks!
Almost all countries po ang 24-hr free transit visa. Yung 53 countries allowed cla up to 144 hrs transit visa.

@@maryjaneguintoacula8027 Hi, it has nothing to do with a visit visa for uae. The 24-hr free transit visa in Guangzhou is based on the passport. Philippine passport holders can get 24-hr free transit visa as long as may onward boarding pass cya to her final destination and through China Southern airlines ang flight niya. May kasama ba mom mo? its better kc may kasama para may mag guide sa kanya.
