That tweet towards the end was so condescending and unnecessary "I've seen it all. paralyzing calf muscles to fit into boots? glad i'm a man." as if disproportionate calf muscles were only a "female" issue, and as if men don't get calf implants because they're scrawny chicken legs aren't attractive.
Dr Charles Lee did my leg Botox and my legs looked amazing and my deep ache disappeared. Dr Lee is the most talented doctor out there! I had this done in 2006-2007 but could no longer afford it. I wish his prices would go down because I'd be there on a regular basis. Botox works!!! If you have Compartment Syndrome or hypertrophy Dr Lee and Botox can help you!
too bad it's temporary. i want a permanent solution but afraid my legs will be paralyzed from calf surgery. Botox seems like a waste of money. How long did they last for you?
chloe bodnaruk the first treatment was 2k and 3 months later would be 1k. It lasted a year after I stopped treatment but after that quickly went back to being big again. Very expensive.
Effective, but the results are only temporary. It’s not worth it. I‘ve been able to slim down my calves wearing compressing sleeves while doing cardio. It takes a while to see results, but there’s hope.
How long would you leave the compressing sleeves? Also how long did it take you to see results? Also why do you say it’s temporary? It seems to work and I guess later on you just have to not do what made your calves so big
@@karanlklarprensesi4864 “Once you learn how the calf muscle assists the heart in circulating blood throughout your body, you’ll understand why keeping your calves strong is just as important as protecting your heart through good nutrition, exercise and other healthy lifestyle choices - The calf muscle is often considered the second heart because it plays a role within the circulatory system that is similar to the heart. One pump of the heart exerts enough power to send blood throughout the body, reaching the lower extremities in just seconds. That oxygen-rich blood flows through arteries and capillaries to reach every cell of the body, providing oxygen and nourishment.'
Just an FYI, get on a stepper and it slims down your legs. I myself don't like exercise, but the two weeks that I did my stepper for 5 minutes, my legs slimmed down tremendously. This is too much money for a procedure that is temporary not to mention, who knows what the side-effects to something like this can be. I rather have fat legs and be able to walk than skinny legs and in a wheelchair. Just saying.

@@angiel2710 2k?! In the Netherlands we get the first surgery for $700. Still a lot, but reasonable at least.
@@chloebodnaruk9602 I agree, I don't like needles as is and for something temporary, I wouldn't do it.
