Your vending machine can have its inventory expanded via hopper connecting a shulker box to the dropper. The shulker box is best used with the same color as the concrete.

For the arcade machine design, in Java Edition you need dispensers to put armour stands straight. But in Bedrock Edition, putting armour stands with dispensers doesn't work so you need to place them yourself

You just need to put a hopper under the itemframe on the vending machine, put a carpet on it, then make a simple redstone lock for the hopper, so when you drop the money, it dropped the food after you push the buttons
