This whisky is superb, an Umami bomb! Yes I said that. I’m glad you enjoyed it, it’s clearly lasted a lot longer that it did with me. It’ll need to be replaced shortly. Fathers days coming up 😉 Cheers for the shoutout by the way, very sound thing to do mate. 😎

Just cracked this one open tonight. It’s a well cheeky dram make no mistake. Nice to taste along with the Jeff commentary. I’d give it a similar Stu score.
I have not explored Edradour much more than this bottle on reflection. This was such a wonderful whisky so will have to certainly dive deeper into it. Any recommendations?

I got sent some samples by a fan of my channel who lives in Yokohama: - Edradour 2010 10-year Japan Exclusive Cask Strength 56% - Edradour 2004 13-year Cask Strength 56.9% Both amazing, but the 10-year won! It might even be better than the SV bottle! Great editing on this. Love your style. I know how long it takes to create great content, so hats off to you.

Certainly yes as regulary proved in your videos. I love the SV Edradour. For me another league compared to the OB 10yo. I am looking forward to open the 12 yo Caladonia soon. Rock on Jeff!!!

@@JeffWhisky Dear Jeff, I like the Caladoinia stuff a lot. Compared to the SV it is more on the fruity and on a bit sweeter side. I payed about 63 EUR and would say it is well worth it. I would prefer the SV a bit over the Caladonia, because I like the dark and tighter side very much. Btw: The OB 10yo Edradour is, although chillfiltered and with only 40° ABV, to my taste a very solid one at an relatively attractive price of about 40 EUR. Best regards from an older fanboy!

I hate it when your own nose revokes planning permission like that. This has been one of my star whiskies the last few years - specifically the Signatory. I'm big into the naff labels too.
