Truly, because at my job I have to deal with idiots like that every single day. I work in a food business and I've had customers walk in asking the most idiotic question, tried to make up their own flavors and just be flat out rude because they show up 2 min before we close and are just shocked that we ran out of an item they wanted. It was by far one of the most heartfelt and well thought out finales of all time. I was left with a full feeling of satisfaction.

I just finished rewatching Parks and Rec on Netflix. For as much as these clips show the distant angry side of Ron they miss the bigger picture of a guy who is fiercely loyal and protective of the people he considers family.
He's a great character that takes an episode to understand but a series to know.
Nick Offerman played the hell out of the character making a "man's man" that doesn't have to apologized for in the current political climate. Ron was a great example of being masculine without being toxic.
