Ingredients
Marination:
Boneless Chicken - 500gms
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1/2tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1tbsp
Dried Fenugreek leaves(Kasuri Methi)
Garam masala - 1/2tsp
Dried Mango Powder(amchur) - 1/2tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2tsp
Butter - 2tbsp
Salt as per taste
Gravy :
Butter - 3tbsp
Onions - 2 medium size(roughly chopped)
Tomatoes - 2 medium-sized (roughly chopped)
Cashew nuts - 60gms
Kashmiri Chilli powder- 1.5tbsp
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1/2tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/2tsp
Sugar - 2tsp
Cream - 3tbsp
Dried Fenugreek leaves(Kasuri Methi)- 1/2tsp
Salt as per taste
Water as per desired consistency
