Does your window panel hit the wires and therefore disactivate the actuators?

No we ran the wire down in the bottom of the door. No interference with the window

I’m doing a very similar kit on my 1966 do I have to remove the key cylinder out of the car before I can use the actuator?

Not sure of the kit you have, but we did not have to tire over the key cylinder to install.
