If you are feeling nervous or worried and are suffering with anxiety please read🙂 Are you going through change maybe a new routine to what you are use to ? A new opportunity? Or maybe u are just worrying about something out of your control . ✨just breath for a second and relax , release your tongue from the root of your mouth and take a minute ✨ Worrying will not take away tomorrow’s troubles it will only take away today’s peace❣️ Some things inevitable and you can’t change them ❤️ my mum used to tell me we can’t control the weather just how we dress for it and react to it ,this is the same as life🌎 you can never fully control it but you can control how you react to situations . You are never going to be 100% ready, it’s never going to be the right time, BUT THATS THE POINT . It means every moment is also the right moment. If u want it you can do it !! Nerves are there for a reason and it’s okay to be nervous it would be weird if you weren’t but turn them nerves into excitement you got this !!
I carnt believe how hard you work just to make one video so often after school I’m normally angry but I just watch your videos and they send me right to sleep about 2 minutes into whatch ing the video
This made me so calm I've been struggling alot lately my mom and brother got covid and we think I I it but all my test say I'm negative so I might just have the flu but everything hurts so bad
i just wanna say thank you Eda, i don't have a lot of friend and i'm often alone, so i put my airpods, and i listen ur videos, you act like a friend to me and that make me happy :)
