    గత నెల రోజులుగా ఊపిరి సమస్యతో బాధ పడుతున్నాను. ఊపిరితిత్తుల్లో కఫం బాగా చేరి, ఊపిరికి అడ్డు పడుతుంది. ముక్కు ద్వారా ఊపిరి బాగానే తీసుకోగలుగుతున్నాను, కాని నోటి ద్వారా చాలా ఇబ్బందికరంగా వుంది. ఎక్కువ సేపు నోరు మూసుకొని వుండలేకపోతున్నాను. కఫం గొంతులో చేరి నోటి ద్వారా గాలి పీల్చటం చాలా ఇబ్బందికరంగా వుంది. అలా కఫం అడ్డు వచ్చినప్పుడు కొంచెం గట్టిగా దగ్గితే కఫం అనేది కెళ్ళ రూపంలో బయటకు రావడం లేదా పక్కకి చెదరడం వల్ల కొంచెం నోటి ద్వారా ఊపిరి తీసుకోగలుగుతున్నాను. అలా ఒక రెండు నిమిషాలు బాగానే వున్నా మళ్లీ కఫం గొంతులో అడ్డుపడుతుంది. దయచేసి సమస్య పరిష్కారానికి తగిన మార్గం చూపగలరు. ధన్యవాదములు.

    Good to see your pranayama exercises . What pranayama is good for elders when there is a fungal infection in the lunge .. Here in USA, this type of infections are there ! Pl advise !
