Excellent photography with no shakes ! . Interesting to see inside the engine , simplicity being evident & welcome from todays engines . Thanks for showing to all the enthusiasts .
Hi Sean, thanks for watching! I don't have have anymore videos, sorry! I found out that I suck at making videos. The bike is complete now, and maybe I'll try to put up a final video. Lancaster Sprint is a great a great resource for parts and info! Give them a call 815-499-1362 Thanks again, and good luck!
Would like to see how you were able to take the generator off the shaft. Tool is not available, many of the other methods shown were brilliant and fun to replicate.
Wow! it has been awhile since I removed the generator. I think I used an old puller I had in my tool box. Now I'm curious about the other methods! I have replaced the old ignition system with the Vape electronic system. I appreciate you watching and commenting. Thank you!
What is the shifting pattern on this thing? I acquired a '67 ss250 and I am learning about it. It shuts off on me when I start going in gear....but I guess I have no idea what gear I am in
Hi Weston, I believe the shift pattern is 4 down. Ironically I've never ridden one of these! Spent most of my time on Japanese motorcycles. Thanks for watching!
Hi Scott, I really don’t remember. I sold the bike and gave the new owner the service manual. Try calling Lancaster Sprint. Ron is a Sprint expert! 815-438-7985. Good luck hope you get it figured out. I will look through my pictures and see if I can find out for you.

Thank you for watching Brian, it is a simply design. Very good quality and heavy duty parts!
We have one of these sitting in our shed. My grandpa bought it brand new. Hope I can fix it like this someday!
Hi there, thanks for watching. Hopefully I'll get to see you on UA-cam restoring your Sprint!
Looks great all put back together!

I’m looking to rebuild a 66 and would love to see whatever video of the rebuild you might have! Cool video anyhow!
