Absolutely hate comp style but you've made me realize it serves a purpose and can be combined with hardstyle. This has allowed me to help my clients get in better positions and not be dogmatic about the style. I greatly appreciate your approach!

very cool to see how you've moved into the competition lifts and competing for yourself. When I was working up to and doing 10 minute sets the biggest benefit and biggest negative was the mental toughness. When the weights were somewhat challenging for me it was a great test of my mental toughness, but when the weights got heavy (for me) it became a lot less fun. I agree with you that consistent practice of the competition lifts is really a great way to stay fit and strong!

It's really interesting that in my country where weightlifting is one of the top sport(We have Lasha Talakhadze and other known Olympic champions) noone cares about Kettlebells. Vise versa in Russia, they really appreciate it like part of culture. I think reason is that there is no money in Kettlebell sport. Although there is not much money in Armwrestling but Georgians are always top guys in it. If Kettlebells will be included in Olympics, i think Russians will be second after Georgians )).
