My First Flight w/ DJI Avata 2

Well this was interesting. My first thoughts about flying the DJI Avata 2 was mostly how simple it is. It is very very forgiving and I can see why it would be a great drone for first time flyers. For me I wanted something I could fly inside with and I feel this will be perfect. I will still fly my 2.5 inch cinewhoop indoors, but this will add a great addition. Overall its a great drone with a fantastic camera, super clear and great quality footage. you need to unfold the antennas, keep that in mind, it can actually burn itself out folded

The throttle is like that because you are in ( 3:39 normal or sport mode) put it in manual and the throttle will work normaly

Totally! Im ok with that though, I just got to get used to it. This drone for me will be more about flying indoors, just weird going from total freedom of flight to this one with "safety features" if you will. lol. I like it, I prefer to fly my cinewhoop, but this is also a great drone.

I didn't think the controller 2 would work with avata 2. Only controller 3

It will only work with the Controller 2 if you are also using the Goggles 2 and maybe Integra(not totally sure about Integra). If you want to use the Goggles 3, you will need the Controller 3 from my understanding.
