    Amazing video on how to build up a costume from head to toe. Layers is the key especially if the weather is changing through out the day. Great shout out to crows head archery! I have 4 of their English longbows! Great quality and they shoot well. These videos are very helpful especially if your are just starting out.

    These videos have been so helpful. I’m just starting to dip my toes into the world of LARP, so going in with the knowledge and resources you’ve shared has made a world of difference! Thanks so much for helping to make this community more accessible. ❤️

    Hi! I’m planning on joining the rangers, and I’m not 100% sure on what I should get. Would most of the things mentioned in this video work for rangers too? Except maybe the helmet

    On the weekend warrior site, the link to chainmail leads to epic armory’s steel chainmail. Here you recommend aluminum. My husband is trying to decide which to buy.

      Tianna Crane I highly recommend aluminum. If he can wait a few weeks we will be selling it!

    Ok so i have a stupid question, you mention sashes but is there a special way tie them to avoid a big ugly knot and avoid it bunching up to look wierd?

    • @fellandfair
      @fellandfair  5 років тому +3

      Robert Manson I do a single instead of a double tie and then I hold it in place with a belt!

    I find this fascinating I'm born of Hudson son of 'Hud', big red head, but am a lady viking, and find this kind of stuff fascinating, and exhilarating,😎

    • @fellandfair
      @fellandfair  5 років тому

      Some places allow it, but we do not at Weekend Warrior.

    Great video man. All your gear is pretty solid. Do you mostly just do LARP do you get involved with renaissance fairs as well and do you guys travel to some of the big renaissance fairs in the country? I just made it to a big renaissance fair in Washington for the first time. It was sick but I know there are way bigger ren fairs then the one in Washington. I usually stay in the Oregon area. Our ren fairs are pretty small but still fun to go to. Anyhow great video and keep up the good work. Oh by the way my bow is from raven wood archery as well. Great bows. I made all my arrows. Time consuming...lol. Peace brother
